A bulk requirement of 100 to 500 people usually runs 24 to 72 hours from signed brief to first batch, depending on the location and how many shifts you need covered. Specialist and managerial roles take 3 to 5 days to produce a shortlist.

It sits with us. On contract staffing the workers are on our payroll, so we register them, file Provident Fund and ESIC every cycle, handle Professional Tax, gratuity, bonus and Labour Welfare Fund, and keep the records for audit. You receive one consolidated invoice instead of managing individual statutory liabilities. We can also run payroll only, for staff you have hired yourself.

Identity and address documents are checked before deployment, and every worker is briefed on the site's safety rules before their first shift rather than after it. Delivery riders additionally need a valid driving licence, police verification and insurance. Forklift and DG operators must hold current certification. For executive and technical hires we run full background and credential verification.

Contract staffing is quoted as the worker's cost to company plus a service fee, with all statutory contributions shown as separate line items so you can see exactly what you are paying for. Permanent placement is a percentage of annual CTC. Payroll-only engagements are priced per employee per month.
