How a deployment actually runs

You send the roles, the hub location, the shift pattern and the headcount. We confirm within the same working day whether we already have a sourcing bench near that pin code or need to build one, and we say so plainly rather than accepting the mandate and missing the date.

Sourcing runs through local networks around the hub rather than a central database, because a picker who lives forty minutes away stops turning up in week three. Documents are verified, the candidate is briefed on your site's safety rules before the first shift, and PF and ESIC registration is completed on our side so the worker is covered from day one.

After deployment you get one named coordinator for the account. Replacements for no-shows and early attrition are our problem, not a change request.

Why attrition is the real number to ask about

Most staffing vendors are measured on how many people they deliver in week one. That is the easy half. The number that decides whether your shift runs is how many are still there in week four, and it depends on unglamorous things: sourcing locally, being honest with candidates about the physical demands, and paying correctly and on time so nobody leaves over a payroll error.

We keep a replacement bench for exactly this reason, and we would rather quote you a realistic headcount we can hold than an optimistic one we cannot.

Warehouse staffing questions

How fast can you put warehouse staff on site?

For pickers, packers, loaders and housekeeping we usually have first joiners on site within 24 to 48 hours, because these are the roles we hold a standing bench for. A full shift of 50 to 100 people across a hub typically takes 48 to 72 hours. Forklift and stacker operators take slightly longer because we verify certification before deployment.

Do you supply staff for night and rotating shifts?

Yes. Most logistics hubs we staff run multiple shifts, including nights and weekends, and we recruit specifically for shift availability rather than assigning it afterwards. Tell us the shift pattern in the brief and we will source against it, which keeps early attrition down.

Are delivery riders verified and insured?

Riders must hold a valid driving licence, pass police verification and carry insurance before we deploy them. We check the documents ourselves rather than relying on the candidate's word, and we can share the verification file for your own records.

Can you handle festive and seasonal peaks?
